Small Block Chevy Power Steering System

This complete power steering system for a Small Block Chevy is designed to provide everything needed to install a reliable power steering system while giving you flexibility in hose lengths and steering gearbox fittings.

This complete system consists of:

• Power steering pump
• V-groove pulley
• Pump bracket with hardware
• Heavy-duty remote reservoir with a non-vented cap
• Your choice of 24", 48", or 72" 5/8" hose from the pump to the reservoir
  (additional cost for the 48" or 72" hose)
• Your choice of 32", 48", or 72" 3/8" hose from the steering gearbox to the reservoir
  (additional cost for the 48" or 72" hose)
• 21" 3/8" pressure hose
• Optional 8" pressure line extension depending on your application
• One set of steering gearbox fittings
  (additional fittings available at an additional cost)

Hardware consists of:

• Two 5/16" bolts with square nuts
• Two 3/8" hex bolts
• Two 3/8" hose clamps
• Two 5/8" hose clamps
• Three spacers, if applicable

The only things you will need to provide are a belt, power steering fluid, and a bracket to mount the reservoir.

IF YOU HAVE A SHORT WATER PUMP AND AN ENGINE PROTECTOR WITH A FRONT PLATE THAT IS 1/4" TO 1/2" THICK, YOU WILL RECEIVE A WATER PUMP-MOUNTED BRACKET WITH YOUR SETUP.

IF YOU CHOOSE THE 03-10 GEARBOX FITTING AS YOUR PRIMARY FITTING, YOU WILL RECEIVE A 6" LONGER PRESSURE LINE. IF THIS IS NOT YOUR PRIMARY FITTING, YOU WILL NEED THE 8" EXTENSION TO REACH THE RACK. THE 8" EXTENSION CAN BE PURCHASED WITHIN THIS LISTING.
