Small Block Ford Water Pump Mounted Power Steering Kit

Remote Reservoir

Our Small Block Ford Water Pump Mounted Power Steering Kit mounts the power steering pump to the driver's side of the water pump, raising it above the factory location to help protect it during demolition derby competition while also providing a cleaner, more organized appearance for street cars, trucks, and custom builds.

This complete kit includes nearly everything needed to install a reliable power steering system while maintaining a clean, compact engine bay. Simply provide your own drive belt, power steering fluid, and fabricate a mounting bracket for the reservoir.

Kit Includes

  • Power steering pump with -6 AN and -10 AN fittings
  • Choice of V-groove or serpentine pulley
  • Water pump mounting bracket with installation hardware
  • Remote reservoir with -6 AN and -10 AN fittings
  • Optional -6 AN and -10 AN push-lock hose ends
  • Optional 24" of 5/8" return hose
  • Optional 32" of 3/8" return hose
  • 22" 3/8" high-pressure hose
  • One set of steering gearbox fittings

Hardware Includes

  • Two 5/16"-18 × 3" bolts
  • Two nuts
  • Two 5/16"-18 × 1" hex bolts
  • One 8mm hex bolt
  • water pump bolts
  • Required spacers (when applicable)

What You'll Need

  • Drive belt
  • Power steering fluid
  • Fabricate a mounting bracket for the remote reservoir

Pulley Selection

Please select the correct pulley style from the drop-down menu before ordering. This kit is available with either a V-groove or serpentine pulley to match your engine's accessory drive.

Whether you're building a demolition derby car, restoring a classic Ford, or assembling a custom hot rod, this kit provides a durable, dependable solution for adding power steering while relocating the pump to a safer, more accessible position.

 

IF YOU CHOOSE THE 03-10 GEAR BOX FITTING AS YOUR PRIMARY FITTING, YOU WILL RECIEVE A 3-4" LONGER PRESSURE LINE . IF THIS NOT YOUR PRIMARY FITTING YOU WILL NEED THE 8" EXTENTION TO REACH THE RACK, THIS CAN BE PURCHASED WITHIN THE LISTING.
